Premier Pacific Properties is committed to ensuring that our tenants receive top of line and consistently exceptional service. Our customer service team is dedicated to meeting the needs of all our tenants to ensure that your service requests are taken care of within a timely manner.
EMERGENCY ISSUES:
FOR ALL EMERGENCIES PLEASE CONTACT 604.362.5507
These include any concerns or issues within your rental unit that cannot wait until the next business day to report. Please respectfully note that all non-emergency service requests are not to be reported as emergencies.
GAS LEAK:
If you smell gas or suspect that there is a gas leak, please call Terasen Gas 24-hour Emergency Phone at 1.800.663.9911.
FIRE:
In the case of a fire in your unit or the building, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
REPORTING A BREAK AND ENTRY:
Please call 9-1-1 immediately. Upon filing a police report, please fill in an online non-emergency service request form for any suite repairs necessary. Please note that it is the tenants’ responsibility to obtain tenant insurance to protect against liability from such unfortunate events.
MAJOR FLOOD/WATER LEAK:
If between the hours of 9am – 5pm please call Premier Pacific Administration at 778.968.0815.
If flood or leak occurs outside office hours please contact the emergency line at 604.362.5507
TO REPORT A NON-EMERGENCY SERVICE REQUEST:
Please fill out the Online Service Request Form below for fastest response service. A Premier Pacific Tenant Administration representative will contact you within 1 to 3 business days to make arrangements to assess and coordinate the services required.
Please note that “non-emergency” tenant concerns include requesting servicing of suite appliances, minor leaks and common area concerns.
